Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform of the latest update on the water supply recovery process following the upgrading and maintenance works for critical assets in Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant (SSP1 WTP) on 13 October 2021.
As of 12:00 pm today, the process of distributing water to the water supply distribution system to refill the reservoirs is underway according to schedule. The water supply will be distributed to the consumers in stages starting from 5:00 pm, 14 October 2021. The duration of the water supply disruption and recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance of consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. Real time data on the recovery percentage for affected areas, Public Water Taps and Commercial Filling Stations can be obtained at hentitugas.airselangor.com.
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise alternative water supply to critical premises such as hospitals, dialysis centres, COVID-19 Quarantine and Treatment Centre (PKRC) and Vaccination Centres (PPV) as well as for funerals.
