Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the latest update of the water supply recovery in 145 affected areas in the Sepang region and 11 affected areas in the Kuala Langat region following the pipe burst incident near Simpang 3 LBJ, Jalan B48, Kg. Chinchang, Salak Tinggi, Sepang.
As of 7:00 pm today, the water supply recovery in the affected areas has reached 55%. The water supply recovery percentage according to region is as follows:

The duration of the water supply disruption and recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance of consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. The list of areas that have recovered is as listed in Appendix A.
Air Selangor would like to advise consumers who have and will receive their water supply to let the tap runs until the water is clear before using it for daily consumption. Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received water supply will use their water prudently to ensure that the recovery process in the other affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
Consumers can refer to all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300 to obtain information on the incident from time to time. Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor application.
