Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the asset upgrading and maintenance works at Sungai Rasa Water Treatment Plant (Sg Rasa WTP) are being actively implemented. As of 3:00 pm today, the works have reached 78.2% and are still underway according to schedule.
The asset upgrading and maintenance works are expected to be completed at 9:00 pm, 9 August 2022 (Tuesday). Water supply will start to be distributed to consumers in stages once the water supply system has been stabilised and is expected to fully recover at 1:00 am, 11 August 2022 (Thursday).
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise alternative water supply via water tankers to affected areas with priority given to to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and funerals.
Consumers can obtain information on the scheduled water supply disruption from time to time via all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300. Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor application.
