Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the asset upgrading and maintenance works at Sungai Rasa Water Treatment Plant (Sg Rasa WTP) have been completed at 5:30 am, 10 August 2022 (Wednesday). The delay is due to some technical issues on site.
Following that, water supply will be distributed in stages to the consumers at 8:00 am, 10 August 2022 (Wednesday) once the water supply distribution system has been stabilised. Water supply is now expected to fully recover at 8:00 am, 11 August 2022 (Thursday).
Air Selangor would like to apologise to the consumers for any inconvenience caused and is working towards ensuring that the water supply recovery process in all 188 affected areas runs smoothly.
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise alternative water supply via water tankers to affected areas with priority given to to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and funerals.
Consumers can obtain information on the scheduled water supply disruption from time to time via all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300. Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor application.
