Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the latest update of water supply recovery following the repair works due to a pipe burst at Jalan Bukit Beruntung, Hulu Selangor.
As of 3:00 pm, the status of water supply recovery at the affected areas has reached 94%. The list of areas which have not recovered is in Appendix A. The duration of the water supply disruption and recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance of consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. The water supply is expected to be fully restored by 6:00 pm, 24 December 2022 (Saturday).
Air Selangor would like to advise consumers who have and will receive their water supply to let the tap runs until the water is clear before using it for daily consumption. Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received water supply will use their water prudently to ensure that the recovery process in the other affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
