Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the repair works following a pipe burst incident at Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Sungai Buloh, is being implemented from 9:00 am, 1 January 2023 (Sunday).
These repair works are expected to cause an unscheduled water supply disruption in 83 areas in the Gombak and Kuala Lumpur regions. The list of areas affected by the unscheduled water supply disruption is in Appendix A.
These repair works are expected to be fully completed by 10:00 pm, 1 January 2023 (Sunday). Water supply will begin to be distributed in stages to consumers’ premises once the repair works have been completed. The duration of the water supply recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance of the consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system.
Alternative assistance through water tankers is being mobilised to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and funerals during the unscheduled water supply disruption.
