Air Selangor Enhances Mobile Application and Website for A More User-Friendly Experience

Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd. (Air Selangor) has recently upgraded its mobile application and website, specially designed to streamline and standardise customer communication touchpoints for a more efficient and user-friendly experience. The enhancement of these platforms optimises internal systems and processes across various customer services, enabling users to monitor water bills, report water supply disruptions, and receive real-time updates and service information.

 

Chief Executive Officer of Air Selangor, Adam Saffian Ghazali said, “With the technological expertise we possess, these enhancements will make users’ daily tasks faster and more efficient in various aspects, including monitoring their water usage trends and paying bills. This marks the first phase of our digital transformation to launch a super app and super web next year, as part of our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customer in line with our vision to become a leading water services provider in Asia by 2030.”

 

The enhancement implemented includes:

  • Users can seamlessly login using user/business ID and manage all your water accounts through one platform.

 

  1. Water Information​
  • Users can obtain latest updates on water supply in their area.​

 

  1. Bill and Payments​
  • Users can manage all their bills and make payments conveniently anytime.​

 

  1. Direct access to services​
  • Users can apply for services online and conveniently track their application progress​.

 

  1. Report Leaks​
  • Users can report pipe leaks, pipe bursts, meter leaks or illegal tappings easily and effectively.

 

  1. Virtual assistance
  • Users can address any enquiries at any time to ‘Joy’, Air Selangor’s virtual assistant.

 

Users are encouraged to download this new application starting from 3 December 2024 via the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery, as well as visit the new website at www.airselangor.com to enjoy an enhanced customer experience.
