Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the repair works following a pipe burst incident at Jalan Bukit Cerakah, Bandar Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor has been completed at 3.00 am, 23 May 2023 (Tuesday).
Water supply has commenced distribution to consumers in stages after the water supply distribution system has been stabilised. Water supply is expected to fully recover according to the groups as shown in the following schedule:

The water supply recovery period differs from one area to another according to the location and distance of consumers’ premises. Consumers can also view the list of affected areas via https://hentitugas.airselangor.com/ and the Air Selangor application.
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise water tankers to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics, dialysis centres and funerals during the unscheduled water supply disruption.
Consumers can also obtain information on this unscheduled water supply disruption from time to time through our official communication channels such as the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or call Air Selangor’s Call Centre at 15300.
