Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the latest update of water supply recovery following the temporary shutdown of four (4) water treatment plants namely Rantau Panjang WTP, Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant (SSP1 WTP), Sungai Selangor Phase 2 Water Treatment Plant (SSP2 WTP) and Sungai Selangor Phase 3 Water Treatment Plant (SSP3 WTP).
As of 12:00 pm, the water supply recovery in the affected areas has reached 94%. The percentage of water supply recovery in the affected regions is as follows:

The duration of the water supply recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the location and distance of consumers’ premises. Water supply for affected areas due to the temporary shutdown of Rantau Panjang WTP, SSP1 WTP, SSP2 WTP and SSP3 WTP is expected to fully recover at 6:00 am, 14 February 2023 (Tuesday). Consumers can also obtain the list of affected areas from https://hentitugas.airselangor.com as well as the Air Selangor application.
Air Selangor would like to advise consumers who have and will be receiving water supply to let water from the tap to flow until it is clear before daily use. Air Selangor also hopes that consumers who have received the water supply will use water prudently to ensure that the water supply recovery process in the affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
