Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform of the latest update on the water supply recovery for the areas in the Gombak and Kuala Lumpur regions affected by the repair works for a leaking valve in Warta Lama, Jalan Kuching.
As of 12:00 pm, the water supply recovery in the affected areas has achieved 76%. The percentage of water supply recovery status in the affected regions is as follows:

Water supply in all affected areas is expected to fully recover at 6:00 pm, 31 March 2022. The list of areas that have not recovered can be found in Appendix A.
Alternative assistance through water tankers will continue to be mobilised to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises during the unscheduled water supply disruption. Air Selangor is seeking the consumers’ cooperation to practise social distancing and wear face masks while collecting the water supply from the water tankers.
Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received the water supply to use water prudently to ensure that the water supply recovery process in the affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
Air Selangor will continue to provide update progressively from time to time on all mediums, especially the mass media. Consumers can refer to all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300 to obtain information on the incident from time to time.
