Status of Water Supply Recovery Following the Implementation of Emergency Repair Works due to Pipe Burst at Jalan Budiman, Section 22, Shah Alam

Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the latest update of water supply recovery following the emergency repair works due to a pipe burst incident at Jalan Budiman, Section 22, Shah Alam.

As of 6:00 pm, the recovery status of the water supply in the affected areas has reached 39.3%. Please refer to Appendix A for the remaining affected areas that have not yet recovered.

The duration of water supply recovery period differs depending on the location of the consumer’s premises and the water pressure at the distribution system.

Air Selangor would like to advise consumers who have and will receive their water supply to let the tap runs until the water is clear before using it for daily consumption. Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received water supply will use their water prudently to ensure that the recovery process in the other affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
