Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the latest update of water supply restoration following the repair works due to a pipe burst at Jalan Bukit Beruntung, Hulu Selangor
As of 6:00 am, the status of water supply restoration at the affected areas has reached 80%. The list of areas which have not recovered is in Appendix A.
The duration of the water supply recovery in the affected areas will vary depending on the distance and location of the consumers’ premises. The water supply is expected to be fully restored by 8:00 pm, 24 December 2022 (Saturday).
Air Selangor would like to advise consumers who have and will receive their water supply to let the tap runs until the water is clear before using it for daily consumption. Air Selangor hopes that consumers who have received water supply will use their water prudently to ensure that the recovery process in the other affected areas runs smoothly as scheduled.
Consumers can refer to all our official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300 to obtain information on the incident from time to time. Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Help Centre via www.airselangor.com and the Air Selangor application.
