Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the implementation of emergency repair works due to a pipe burst at Jalan Bukit Cerakah, Bandar Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor, is being actively implemented. As of 7:00 pm, the works have reached 61.2% and are still underway according to schedule. These repair works are expected to be completed at 3:00 am, 23 May 2023 (Tuesday). Water supply will be distributed to consumers in stages when the repair works are completed and the main water supply distribution system has been stabilised.
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise water tankers to the affected areas by giving priority to critical premises such as hospitals, dialysis centres and funerals.
At the same time, Air Selangor would like to extend its highest appreciation to the Selangor State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) and the local authorities that are involved in providing their assistance to manage water supply assistance during this unscheduled water supply disruption.
