Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the status of water supply disruption due to the temporary shutdown at the Bukit Nanas Water Treatment Plant (Bukit Nanas WTP) on 21 June 2024 (Friday) following an increased colouration in the treated water at Bukit Nanas WTP.
As of 8:00 am, 22 June 2024 (Saturday), the recovery process of water quality parameters is being actively implemented to comply with the water quality standards. Please refer to Appendix A for the list of affected areas.
Alternative assistance through water tankers has been mobilised to the affected areas by giving priority to critical premises. Air Selangor is taking every effort to minimise the impact of disruptions on affected consumers.
