Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the Bukit Nanas Water Treatment Plant (Bukit Nanas WTP) has fully resumed operations following the temporary shutdown caused by an increased colouration in the treated water at Bukit Nanas WTP.
Water supply has commenced distribution in stages to consumers’ premises and is expected to fully recover at 7:00 am, 23 June 2024 (Sunday). The duration of water supply recovery period differs depending on the location of the consumer’s premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. Please refer to Appendix A for the list of affected areas.
Air Selangor will continue to mobilise water tankers to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises.
For commercial customers, the purchase of treated water supply can be made by contacting Air Selangor at 15300. Commercial customers can use their respective water tanker at the water filling station that has been opened at Sunway Batu Caves (Gombak region).
