Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the emergency repair works due to a pipe burst at Hub Pasar Seni, Kuala Lumpur is being actively implemented.
However, Air Selangor is making every effort to minimise the impact on consumers by providing alternative water supply to the affected areas. As of 3:00 pm, the water supply recovery status in the affected areas has reached 66%. Please refer to Appendix A for the list of areas that have not yet recovered.
The duration of water supply recovery period differs depending on the location of the consumer’s premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. Water supply is expected to fully recover at 9:00 am, 9 October 2024 (Wednesday).
Air Selangor has mobilised water tankers to the affected areas, with priority given to critical premises such as hospitals, clinics and dialysis centres and funerals during the unscheduled water supply disruption.
