Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that all areas in the Petaling Region affected by the unscheduled water supply disruption following the broken pipes incident in Damansara Utama due to landslides have fully received the water supply as of 5:15 p.m. today. Meanwhile, the water supply at the affected areas in the Kuala Lumpur Region have fully recovered as of 9:00 a.m earlier today.
Air Selangor advises consumers who have received water supply to let water from the tap to flow until it is clear before daily use.
Air Selangor would like to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption. Air Selangor seeks the cooperation of consumers to report any incident of leaking or broken pipes in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya to ensure that remedial action can be taken immediately.
Consumers are advised to obtain official information on water supply disruptions through all Air Selangor’s official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the website www.airselangor.com.
