Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform on the water supply recovery status in Hulu Selangor region following the shutdown due to the flood incident on 3 January 2021.
As of 12:00 pm today, the water supply in 2 areas has fully recovered, while 6 areas are still in recovery process. The areas that are still in recovery process are Kampung Bahom, Kampung Gesir Tengah, Kampung Lalang, Kampung Orang Asli, Kampung Sekolah/ Kuarters Klinik and Kampung Sungai Nilam/ Kampung Seri Pagi.
Air Selangor is expecting full recovery of water supply in all the affected areas on 5 January 2021, at 7.00 am.
Water assistance through water tankers is still mobilised to the affected consumers.
Air Selangor will inform the updates on this incident and the latest status of water supply from time to time through the Air Selangor website at www.airselangor.com.
