Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform of the latest update on the water supply recovery in 998 affected areas in the Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat and Kuala Selangor regions following the upgrading and maintenance works for critical assets in Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant (SSP1 WTP) on 13 October 2021.
As of 6:00 am today, the water supply recovery in the affected areas has reached 98%. The percentage of water supply recovery according to region is as follows:

The duration of the water supply disruption and recovery in the affected areas will vary
depending on the distance of consumers’ premises and the water pressure at the distribution system. The list of areas that have not recovered is as listed in Appendix A. Real time data on the percentage of water supply recovery can also be obtained at hentitugas.airselangor.com.
