Kuala Lumpur – Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to inform that the work for the temporary diversion pipe on the shoulder of SPRINT Highway in Damansara Utama has been completed at 10:00 a.m. today. However, water supply is yet to be distributed at 11:30 a.m. as informed earlier because the final process to strengthen the slope and pipe structure at the location is still ongoing and it is estimated to be completed by 2:30 p.m. The slope and structure strengthening works are very critical in ensuring the stability of the diversion pipe. Air Selangor apologises for the delay in distributing water supply to the consumers in the affected areas.
Air Selangor continues to provide relief water supply through water tankers that have been mobilised to the affected areas and through static filling stations placed at two Pusat Khidmat Setempat (PKS) that have been provided for the convenience of the affected consumers. Air Selangor advises consumers to comply with the SOP of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) when taking water supply from the water tankers and PKS provided.
Air Selangor will inform the progress of the water supply recovery process from time to time through all Air Selangor official communication channels including the website www.airselangor.com, Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, or contact the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300.
